$160 slaughter fee

$40 Quarter fee (added to slaughter fee)

We process beef into whole, halves, or quarters. Everything is vacuum sealed even the ground beef. All Beef and cuts have been inspected by the Illinois Department of Agriculture. Certain cuts are only available in whole and halves. Talk to your farmer about the quantity of beef you wish to receive.

Pick up is only available on the weekdays during hours of operation. When picking up beef remember to bring coolers or containers to transport your beef in. We accept Cash, Check and Card (3.5% credit card processing fee).
